Entrepreneur, community leader, and creative voice Leonard Jackson, announces his candidacy for Governor of California in the 2026 election. Running on a platform of “People Over Parties,” Jackson is pledging to bring fresh leadership, bold ideas, and a commitment to putting Californians first.

Born and raised in Hollywood, Jackson has built a diverse career that spans business, community service, and the arts. As CEO of Norfleet Transportation, he has created jobs, supported small businesses, and strengthened local economies. His work as an actor and filmmaker, having done over 200 TV shows and 50 TV shows, has given him a unique perspective on the power of storytelling to connect communities and amplify unheard voices.

“My journey has always been about lifting others, not just achieving personal success,” said Jackson. “Whether it’s mentoring young entrepreneurs, supporting working families, or standing with communities in times of need, my leadership has been rooted in service. As Governor, I will fight to restore affordability, combat homelessness and mental health issues, invest in education, protect our environment, and build a California that works for everyone.”

Jackson’s campaign will focus on tackling the state’s most urgent challenges:
