After five years of slinging bold flavors and building a loyal following in Orchard Park, Off The Wall Sandwich Co. is officially relocating to Blasdell, NY — with doors expected to open at their new space in mid-2025.
The move to 4154 McKinley Pkwy, Suite 400 marks a major milestone for the family-run restaurant that redefines comfort food in Buffalo.
Why the Move?
Since opening during the pandemic in 2020, Off The Wall has grown far beyond its original footprint. Known for loaded burgers like The Billz Mafia and stacked creations topped with mac
- cheese, wing dip, or chicken fingers, the restaurant quickly became a go-to spot for locals, foodies, and visiting Bills fans alike.
“We outgrew our space, plain and simple,” says founder Christian Sparcino. “We’re grateful Orchard Park gave us our start, but this move to Blasdell allows us to scale up and keep serving people the way we want to.”
The new location offers more seating and improved kitchen space, giving the team the ability to meet growing demand without compromising quality.
