Shelter Structures Launches New Membrane Structure Series for Large-Span Buildings

Focusing on premium membrane materials, their latest structures utilize PTFE and ETFE membranes. These membrane materials are lightweight yet exceptionally high-strength. This allows membrane structures to reduce the need for heavy steel structural supports while still offering high load-bearing capacities. Consequently, ETFE membrane structures are particularly suited to projects requiring natural light, such as stadiums, greenhouses, botanical gardens, and exhibition halls.

Furthermore, ETFE exhibits excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation, weathering, and air pollution. Therefore, these membrane structures resist ageing even under extreme weather conditions without losing their structural integrity.
