That’s why real-life insights are so important—and why I have decided to share four exclusive strategies that have helped me navigate my own journey with schizophrenia.
These tips are not found in textbooks or standard therapy manuals. They are born from lived experience, from trial and error, and from a deep inner commitment to growth, resilience, and radical self-awareness. They are tools that help me not only survive—but thrive.
