Guangzhou, China, October 15, 2026 – At the 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), AISTALAND, a premium smart vehicle brand jointly developed by GAC Group and Huawei Qiankun, showcased its GX7 and GT7 models at the expo. The move signals that the RMB 200,000-300,000 smart EV market has gained another player backed by a deep binding between a traditional automotive giant and a leading technology company, and adds a further layer of imagination regarding the globalization path of China’s next-generation smart vehicles.
The AISTALAND GX7 is positioned as a “spacious five-seat intelligent versatile SUV,” with a starting price of RMB 229,900. It comes standard across the lineup with an L3-level autonomous driving architecture, four LiDAR units, and eight-system redundancy, and is the first to feature Huawei Qiankun ADS 5. Its 20-second one-touch flat-folding bed expands the cabin into a multi-scenario carrier for lunch breaks, camping, and child care, among other uses. The AISTALAND GT7, positioned as a new-generation intelligent shooting brake, combines shooting brake aesthetics with Huawei Qiankun’s full-stack intelligent technology, and has won Italy’s Platinum A’ Design Award.
From a business-structure perspective, AISTALAND represents the first vehicle under Huawei Qiankun’s new “Jing” cooperation framework. It serves as the flagship implementation sample for this model: GAC leads vehicle definition, manufacturing and after-sales service, while Huawei Qiankun injects full-stack technologies – including intelligent driving assistance, smart cockpit, and intelligent vehicle control – starting from the product development phase. For GAC, this strengthens its intelligent capabilities; for Huawei, it provides a premium mass-production platform for its automotive technology stack. The two parties work in a joint office and conduct joint validation, enabling the new vehicles to form synergy between quality and intelligence.
The AISTALAND GX7 also seeks to lower the long-term ownership cost for family users through lifetime warranty on the complete vehicle and core components with unlimited mileage. Analysts believe that in the highly competitive price-war smart EV market, AISTALAND is attempting to build a differentiated moat through a combination of “intelligent foundation + dual major-automaker backing + long-term warranty,” and to establish a clearer long-term value proposition among comparable products.
