Traders who watch Binance for its next coin have had nothing new to buy there for nine days. Its last new spot coin, PREDICT, was announced on October 29. The November 7 news went the other way: Binance France will close every account on December 31 and charge idle balances from November 29. That leaves one question for anyone waiting on a binance new listing: where to hold coins until it comes.
Below those headlines, Pepeto has passed $11.3 million in its presale while building its own exchange and a $0 bridge, with its Binance debut expected after the presale.
Binance New Listing: No New Spot Coin in Nine Days
Binance has added no new spot coin since October 29, nine days ago, when PREDICT arrived with a Seed Tag. Since then its notices have mostly covered the recovery from the October 29 theft, which exposed about $6.34 billion in user assets.
The France notice comes from a separate problem: Binance France lost its French registration on July 2 after missing MiCA approval, and it stopped deposits this week. The fee starts on November 29 at 10 USDC a month or 0.025% of the balance, whichever is higher, which is 1% a month on a $1,000 balance.
However, the gain from a Binance debut goes to the wallets that held a coin before trading opened, and no date is set for the next one. Until then, a French customer with $1,000 left there loses about 2% to the two charges, one after November 29 and one after December 24.
This leaves the next binance new listing paying those earlier holders, and Pepeto is at that stage today, building the tool holders need to move coins between chains for $0 in fees.
Big Investors Back Pepeto’s $0 Bridge Before Its Binance Debut
Every French Binance customer has to move coins somewhere before December 31, and moving coins across chains is where fees add up. Big investors have backed Pepeto while it builds a $0 bridge for those moves.
Most bridges charge $15 to $50 per transfer, take minutes to hours, and a failed transfer can lock funds for good. Pepeto’s bridge locks tokens in an audited contract on one chain and mints them on the other after the lock proof is verified. It links Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Base and Arbitrum, finishes in under a minute for $0 plus gas, and reverts on its own if a transfer fails. A holder making 24 crossings a year keeps $360 to $1,200.
Alongside the bridge come a 0.00% fee swap and an AI powered scanner that blocks trades on dangerous contracts, and stakers earn 160% APY at today’s rate. All of it is being built, and a private test group of community members and big investors already has access.
Every trade on that platform runs on the Pepeto token. Its supply stays at 420 trillion on every chain, so both use and staking draw on that same amount. The token sells for $0.0000001906 at this stage. With $11.3 million and counting in the presale, new demand moves Pepeto far more than it moves a $91 billion coin like BNB.

Conclusion
Binance’s nine day pause on new coins reads as part of its recovery, so new additions should return once that work ends.
For anyone tracking a binance new listing, past additions have paid the wallets already holding the coin. Pepeto brings together Pepe’s own cofounder, an exchange whose tools are being built and a Binance debut expected after the presale. That pairing of meme coin reach and trading tools rarely comes in a single token.
The big investors already inside bought into that mix at stage prices. Each new stage is priced above the last, so the same position stays open only to a reader who buys before this stage closes.
